For all orders, we will send you tracking information in an email once your order has left the warehouse. If your order has already shipped but you would like to change the delivery address or would like more information on its whereabouts, please contact the following:

If you believe that your order is lost or stolen please reach out to us at email@example.com. We review lost packages case by case. In the event that we've reviewed your case and find that it was lost / stolen we will reship the package or provide store credit if we are out of stock. We are not able to provide any refunds on lost or stolen packages.
If you have a confirmed delivery and the package has not been received at your desired location signified on the order, we ask that you notify us within 14 business days.
